About The Role Pawlicy is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our early‑stage team and bring transparency to pet health. You will own the product roadmap, guide strategic outcomes, collaborate with engineering, data, marketing, and leadership, and drive conversion and revenue. The role is ideal for an experienced product manager comfortable operating in a startup environment and taking full ownership. Location New York City (full time, in‑office required 4 days per week). Responsibilities Run A/B test experiments from discovery to implementation, analyze results, and determine next steps. Conduct user and competitive research to inform product strategy. Own consistent monitoring of product and conversion performance, proactively identifying issues and working with engineering to resolve them quickly. Implement agile best practices and lead scrum ceremonies where applicable. Own the product backlog, refine, add to, and prioritize tasks for engineering. Collaborate closely with company leadership, engineering, data, marketing, and other teams to drive outcomes. Take responsibility of OKR creation and success of product‑related goals (e.g., conversion, revenue per visitor, NPS). Become an expert in the pet insurance domain and work closely with key insurance partners. Requirements 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in fast‑paced environments (Series A–B startup or similar). Proven track record shipping 0→1 products. Experience optimizing and driving conversion in a B2B2C platform or marketplace. Proven track record of running A/B tests and analyzing results. Passion for user research and ability to deeply understand users. Comfortable prioritizing ruthlessly, pushing back, and aligning without politics. Opinionated and willing to share perspectives on solving problems for users. Demonstrated examples of collaborating with diverse teams. Interest in helping pets get the best care (bonus, not core requirement). Based in the New York City area and willing to work in person four days a week in Midtown Manhattan.
