Executive Director - Foundations San Francisco Intensive Outpatient Program Join to apply for the Executive Director - Foundations San Francisco Intensive Outpatient Program role at Foundations San Francisco. We are currently hiring an Executive Director of Outpatient Services for our Intensive Outpatient Program. The role provides management and oversight of patient services coordination, programming, and activities within the facility. Minimum 2 years of management and clinical supervision experience required. Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred. CPR certification required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides supervision of programs and activities; proposes, develops, and implements plans for enhancing the program and activities, working with the group CEO to ensure continuity of clinical programming. Works with the business development team for expansion and growth of the clinical program. Oversight and reporting of the clinical quality process, including clinical indicators, action plans associated with internal and external audits, and any other necessary clinical quality improvement. Provides individual and group therapy as necessary and provides psychoeducational group activities for patients as appropriate. Education and Experience Master's degree in Therapy or related Social Service or Education field required, plus accompanying clinical license in good standing in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psy.D., Ph.D., etc.) Minimum 2 years of previous program facilitation and work with the co-occurring population required.
