Practice Features:

  • Primary Care Outpatient Clinic of Trinity Health Grand Rapids offering:
    • Pediatric, adolescent, and adult healthcare
    • General medical exams and yearly physicals
    • Treatment of acute illness, such as respiratory or skin infections
    • Immunizations
    • Minor surgical procedures
    • On-site lab
  • Office currently has 10 providers: 4 APPs and 6 physicians
  • New physician would be taking on an established large patient panel
  • Diverse office and patient population
  • Clinic is open Monday & Tuesday from 7a-5p, Wednesday & Thursday 7a-7p and Friday 7a-5p
  • Opportunity to teach residents, medical students, and fellows
  • Call rotated with other physicians once every 3-4 weeks

Qualifications:

  • Open to new grads and experienced physicians
  • Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
  • State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
  • DEA license
  • BLS certification and maintain recertification.
