Building Engineer (Data Center)-2nd shift 3pm-11pm Wednesday-Sunday schedule. 

Job Descriptions

     Operates, inspects, and maintains electrical and mechanical equipment. It may also include troubleshooting electrical problems, restoring power when failures occur. Operating electrical breakers and distribution gear including UPS, ATS, and generators as need. Installing and maintain lighting and controls for lighting. Small projects that include installing conduit and wiring.

Other responsibilities the electrician will be trained on includes operating, maintaining and repairing equipment associated with HVAC, chilled water system and mechanical operations. Safe and proper operation of life safety equipment and minor plumbing. Responsible to respond to customer requests, submit and close work orders, and perform other duties as assigned.

· Communicate effectively, writing and verbally, with clients and peers.

· Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays

· Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. of equipment; work on platforms, ladders and under a raised floor
