OverviewWe are partnered with a technology company specializing in data-driven solutions that empower Property and Casualty Insurance Carriers and Managing General Agents (MGAs) to streamline connectivity, enhance distribution, and drive growth. They offer innovative technology solutions designed to modernize insurance operations and improve business efficiencies.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage your own sales pipeline—identify, qualify, and engage new prospects through outbound effortsOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting/lead generation to closing dealsDevelop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive adoption of technology solutions among P&C carriers and MGAsEngage in consultative selling by working with a team to uncover customer pain points and align solutions with their needsDrive high-value business development efforts, including cold outreach, networking, and strategic account mappingConsistently meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing a high-volume, high-quality sales pipelineWork closely with internal teams, including Solutions and Product, to tailor offerings for prospective customersDevelop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure renewals with existing clientsRepresent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening brand presence and expanding the network in the P&C insurance spaceRequirements2+ years of technology or insurance-related sales experience, ideally in Carrier Sales/Operations, SaaS, InsurTech, or Software SolutionsProven experience selling into P&C insurance carriers and MGAs (preferred but not required)Strong ability to structure complex deals, including multi-component contracts with technology and service layersDeep understanding of the insurance technology ecosystem, including connectivity platforms, APIs, and digital distributionExceptional consultative sales skills, with the ability to align solutions with customer pain pointsOutstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalProficiency with technology and CRM tools, including Salesforce to manage pipeline and opportunitiesAbility to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry conferencesBachelor’s Degree preferred but not requiredRewards / BenefitsCompetitive compensation package with performance-based incentives and an OTE of 300KOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technology solutions revolutionizing insurance data management, distribution, and connectivityBe part of a collaborative and high-performing sales team within a growing InsurTech leaderCareer growth opportunities in a large organization that is shaping the future of insurance technologyEqual Employment OpportunityEmerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
