About The Role We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive AT&T’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) Access Operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused equally on technical excellence and building high‑performing teams. The ideal candidate brings deep IAM domain expertise, a passion for mentoring and developing people, and direct experience managing all aspects of team performance and HR responsibilities in a large, complex organization. What You’ll Do Lead and Inspire: Direct and develop a high‑performing IAM operations team. Mentor, coach, and build talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. People Management: Manage all aspects of personnel administration, including hiring, performance reviews, development planning, coaching, recognition, and resolution of HR matters. Domain Expertise: Bring deep, hands‑on experience across core IAM domains—Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), enterprise authentication platforms, and modern IAM technologies. Operational Excellence: Oversee day‑to‑day IAM operations, ensuring best‑in‑class service delivery, process improvement, and operational reliability at an enterprise scale. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technology partners, serving as a trusted advisor on IAM operations and strategy. Large‑Scale Impact: Thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed corporate environment, delivering results across multiple teams and time zones. What You Bring Extensive IAM Experience: Proven expertise in IAM operations, including direct management of application onboarding, access certification, and support for complex enterprise environments. Team Management Experience: Previous experience managing teams of 10–20 direct reports, with a focus on fostering high performance and professional growth. Supervisor Yes Salary & Benefits Our Associate Director‑Cybersecurity earns between $155,400 - $261,000 annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
