This is a great opportunity to join the Service Department Team at the #1 Super Duty Dealer in the Nation.
Job Title: Service Department Porter
Location: 737 I-45, Huntsville, TX 77340
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Movement:
- Focus on keeping the Service Drive clear and vehicles in line or finished at Fast Lube moving appropriately.
- Safely move vehicles within the dealership premises.
- Park vehicles in designated areas.
- Retrieve vehicles for service appointments.
- Pull up finished vehicles when customers come to retrieve them.
- Detail and Cleanliness:
- Attention to detail when presenting vehicles to customers.
- Assist technicians by road testing vehicles on occasion.
- Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., checking tire pressure, topping up fluids).
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
- Other Duties:
- Support service advisors as needed.
- Assist Service Cashier as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to drive vehicles of all sizes.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8am-6pm
- Every other Saturday 8am-12pm
