Responsibilities Lead Brand Launch & Growth: Drive all aspects of go‑to‑market strategy, brand positioning, and annual planning to ensure successful launch and sustained growth. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external co‑manufacturers to execute strategic initiatives and maintain seamless operational flow. Market Analysis & Insights: Maintain a proactive approach to competitive analysis and category performance to identify risks and opportunities for growth. Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present compelling sell‑in materials and account plans for retail partners. Innovation & Expansion: Identify new consumer segments, product line extensions, and adjacent category opportunities to expand the brand’s reach. International Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with the Global Marketing team in Japan to align strategy and share insights. Travel: Light travel as needed.
