Job Description:

Senior JD Edwards (JDE) Quote to Cash (QTC) Functional Analyst with expertise in JDE modules including Sales, Rental, Service, and Warranty.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of configurable products and extensive experience in integrating CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications with JDE.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline the entire Quote to Cash process within JD Edwards.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement Quote to Cash solutions within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Configure and customize JDE modules such as Sales, Rental, Service, and Warranty to optimize the Quote to Cash process.
Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Provide expertise in configuring and integrating CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and CRM applications with JDE.
Design and implement enhancements to streamline Quote to Cash workflows, including pricing, orders, contracts, and billing.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for QTC processes and ERP system configurations.
Provide training and support to end-users on QTC processes and integrated applications.
Collaborate closely with IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) as a JD Edwards QTC Functional Analyst, with deep expertise in JDE modules including Sales, Rental, Service, and Warranty.
Strong understanding of Quote to Cash processes and their implementation within ERP systems, specifically JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Experience integrating JD Edwards with CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) applications.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
Certification in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and/or CPQ/CRM applications would be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and implementations related to QTC processes.
Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and compliance requirements related to Sales, Rental, Service, and Warranty modules.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development and project management.
