EHS Coordinator

Job Description Pay Range: $28.92hr - $33.92hr Requirement / Must Have Ability to support EHS programs and compliance initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience 1–3 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field. Experience supporting EHS programs, incident management, emergency response, or training preferred. Experience with recordkeeping, reporting, and regulatory compliance tasks. Responsibilities Support implementation and maintenance of EHS programs. Conduct safety walkthroughs and review equipment or processes for compliance. Coordinate emergency response activities and participate as an emergency response team member. Plan and assist with site drills and evaluations. Oversee chemical and biological waste programs and ensure compliance with procedures. Manage near-miss and good observation programs. Assist with incident response, investigation, and follow-up tracking. Prepare monthly EHS training materials and maintain training schedules. Maintain EHS scorecards, reports, chemical inventories, SDS records, and training logs. Assist with sustainability initiatives and environmental permitting. Support procurement, vendor coordination, documentation management, and compliance assessments. Provide EHS guidance to employees and participate in site and regional EHS projects. Should Have Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills. Ability to interpret and follow EHS standards and procedures. Qualification and Education Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
