Paperwork includes work authorizations, as-built drawings, purchase orders, credit cards, gas receipts, and About Time regularly Include your 'Foreman in Training' as much as possible to teach the duties and responsibilities of a Foreman Closeout the project with a happy and satisfied customer Show great Leadership skills in setting good examples for your employees while representing Garber Electric Always promote and be conscious of safety and have zero safety violations, wear proper PPE, follow company policy, customers policy, and OSHA Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous Communicate requested time off through the "Electric Time Off" email with a 2-week notice.
