Learn more at insightsoftware.com Job Description The Technical Consultant will integrate and map customer data from client source system(s) to our industry‑leading platform. The role will include, but is not limited to: Communicate with clients and/or ISW Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration of data. Effectively communicate with ISW Project Managers and customers to keep a project on target. Continually drive improvements in the data migration process. Collaborate via phone and email with clients and/or ISW Project Manager throughout the conversion/integration process. Demonstrate collaboration and problem‑solving skills. Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ensure client’s data is converted/integrated accurately and within deadlines established by ISW Project Manager. Qualifications 2‑3 years of experience working in a professional services organization or other related field. Experience performing reconciliations of large/complex spreadsheets from multiple sources in Excel or Microsoft Access. BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting, finance, Computer Science, or equivalent data transformation experience. Excellent English written, oral, and presentation skills. Solutions‑focused approach to creative problem‑solving. Experience with the basics of Equity administration topics a plus.
