Shift: Days, 9:30a-6p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri

Length: 12 weeks

Weekend Requirement: 1 Weekend per month

Requirements:

  • IN is part of the PT compact privilege states
  • 1 Year’ Experience
  • BLS
  • MT cert preferred
First-timers acceptedFloat within scope to meet facility needs, all team members cross cover inpatient acute, inpatient Rehab, outpatient, and brain injury intensive outpatient.Traveler must live at least 50 miles away from the facility.
Other Details:

Position / Specialty- Physical TherapistStart date: ASAPShift: 5x8 DAYS (930AM - 6PM) Monday - Friday
Special Requirements: Ability to independently evaluate and treat any patients with a physician order demonstrating need for skilled intervention at a community based level 3 trauma center. Familiar with necessary documentation requirements for reimbursement across the spectrum of care.

Locals accepted: No, locals are not accepted. Traveler must live at least 50 miles away from the facility.
