Job specification

  • Collaborate with nursing management to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with nursing standards and policies.
  • Provide support to clinical staff in various departments as needed, including patient assessments, care planning, and intervention implementation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including staffing coordination, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other departments to promote teamwork and patient-centered care.
  • Participate in patient care rounds, addressing patient needs and concerns while promoting safety and quality.
  • Support training and orientation for new nursing staff and contribute to their professional development.
  • Engage in data collection and analysis for performance metrics to drive improvements in nursing practice.

Candidate requirements

  • Current RN license in Montana.
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, with administrative or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of nursing best practices, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to various clinical environments and support diverse patient populations.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required; additional certifications in nursing administration are a plus.
