Direct message the job poster from Longcheer Key Responsibilities Lead Hardware System Design: Independently responsible for the overall hardware architecture design of new products, feasibility assessment, and authoring detailed design specifications. Core Circuit Design & Development: Lead the schematic design and optimization of critical circuits, including main processors (e.g., platforms from Qualcomm, MediaTek, NXP, Nordic, etc.), DDR, Power Management ICs (PMIC), high-speed interfaces (USB, PCIe, MIPI), and low-speed interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART). PCB Design Collaboration: Work closely with PCB engineers to guide layout design, ensuring PCB performance meets electrical, thermal, and EMC requirements in high-speed, high-density, and high-interference environments. Design Verification & Debugging: Develop test plans, lead board-level debugging, system integration testing, Signal Integrity (SI) / Power Integrity (PI) analysis, and hardware troubleshooting. Design Documentation & Delivery: Create comprehensive and standardized technical documentation (schematic design, component placement plan, design reports, risk assessment tracking, checklists, BOM, test reports, etc.). Provide support for mass production and resolve technical issues during the manufacturing process. Technology Foresight & Research: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, communicate with suppliers to understand component and platform upgrades, and enhance product competitiveness. Team Collaboration & Mentoring: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, RF, Antenna, Audio, Thermal, Layout, Battery, Display, Camera, Software, Testing, Supply Chain). Guide and mentor junior engineers, sharing professional knowledge. Job Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hardware development experience in consumer electronics. Core Experience: Must have full-lifecycle experience, independently leading the hardware development of at least one complete consumer electronics product (e.g., IoT, Tablet, Smartphone, VR/AR). Must have served as the primary Electrical Design owner (Lead Engineer).
