Product Experience Coordinator

Job OverviewThe Product Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, usability, and continuous improvement of our platform. This role bridges the gap between product development, internal teams, and customer experience by evaluating platform performance through the lens of end users, analyzing usage trends, and providing actionable recommendations that drive adoption and satisfaction. Unlike traditional QA, this role goes beyond identifying defects in code.
