*Ladah Law Firm seeks to hire a full-time attorney to lead our pre-litigation claims team. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience as a litigator.*

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Leading a team of experienced case managers and legal assistants through the pre-litigation claims phase of a personal injury case.
* Review and draft first-party and third-party demand correspondence to insurance carriers.
* Speaking with clients, witnesses, medical treaters or other persons in order to provide clients prosecute clients’ claims.
* Strategically position cases in the pre-litigation phase for easy and successful transition to litigation.
* Manage and recommend strategies with respect to staffing levels.
* Monitor case manager workloads to ensure proper case coverage while maximizing effectiveness.
* Conduct legal research with respect to new and novel legal theories to determine the viability of new case intakes.
* Recommend the withdrawal of the firm from cases where no recovery is likely.
