You will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing personalized treatment plans under the physician's guidance, setting realistic goals tailored to each patient's unique abilities and aspirations.
*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Competitive Salary: $37-45 per hour.

*Essential Qualifications:*
_Required:_
* Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
* Valid state Occupational Therapist license.
* Current CPR certification.
_Preferred:_
* Six months of experience in a long-term care environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments for therapy referrals, focusing on optimizing patients' functionality and skills.
* Devise and execute tailored treatment plans, maintaining diligent documentation and communication with patients, families, and other professionals.
* Mentor and oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Aides, fostering their professional growth.
* Play an integral role in interdisciplinary team collaborations, contributing to patient care, case management, and facility meetings.
* Ensure consistent, punctual attendance to meet the needs of our patients and team.
*Other Duties:*
* Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in line with physician orders.
* Continually assess, plan, and adapt therapy interventions to achieve set goals.
