Vice President, Corporate RIA Channel Strategy reports to the Senior Vice President of 1099 Business Lines and will support the development and execution of strategy across the firm’s dually registered and corporate RIA affiliation models for independent advisors. This role involves strategic planning, project management, enhancing the advisor experience, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive growth. Responsibilities Strategy Development and Analysis: Assist in creating and evaluating strategic initiatives for independent advisor affiliation models; define and evolve the value proposition for advisors and independent wealth management firms; leverage market data for competitive assessments and strategic recommendations; conduct market analysis; conduct data analytics to release actionable insights. Collaboration and Execution Support: Work closely with Product, Business Development, Compliance, Legal and Client Success teams to support execution of tactical plans; support integration of technology and business solutions; coordinate efforts across multiple units to ensure alignment. Advisor Enablement and Experience: Synthesize advisor feedback and business intelligence into data‑driven recommendations; create briefing materials for senior leadership; support efforts to increase advisor satisfaction and retention; provide strategic expertise to expand multi‑custody capabilities. Communication and Project Management: Lead project management and execution of key strategic initiatives; proactively communicate initiative details to stakeholders; manage project requests of various sizes and scopes, ensuring timely delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in financial services, with knowledge of wealth management or advisory platforms. Familiarity with various advisory business models (independent, hybrid, institutional). Experience in corporate strategy, product management, or strategic program management. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills; ability to summarize complex information. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Preferences Advanced degree in business strategy or related field. Experience with Salesforce and other business intelligence tools. Pay Range $141,188‑$235,313 per year. Actual base salary varies based on skill, experience, education, peer salary, performance, and geography.
