Job DescriptionJoin to apply for the Global Head of Financial Management Technology role at Prudential FinancialThe Global Head of Financial Management Technology will lead the strategy, modernization, and delivery of the technology platforms that power Prudential’s Financial Management (FM) function.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives for finance, actuarial, risk and investment operationsLead digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and processes across FM functionsPartner with Finance, Actuarial, and Investment Office leadership teams to identify opportunities for technology-enabled business improvementsDrive innovation through emerging technologies including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, modeling and advanced analyticsEstablish technology roadmaps that balance operational stability with strategic evolutionRequired Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in financial service, preferably insurance10+ years managing complex financial technology systems and platformsProven track record of leading large-scale system transformations and modernization projectsDeep understanding of financial systems architecture, including ERP, financial reporting, treasury and data management platformsWhat we offer you:Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and leave of absences, such as parental and military leave.401(k) plan with company match (up to 4%).Company-funded pension plan.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
