This role ONLY performs Disability Assessments on Veterans. You will NOT treat, and you will NOT prescribe medication in this position. This position performs Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day.Schedule 1 day/week (8am-5pm)This is an IN-PERSON position. ResponsibilitiesReview medical records electronically and perform focused in-person disability assessments for Veterans.Document exam findings required by the VA through the web portal.Perform Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day.Ensure accurate data analysis of medical records and exam findings to complete the VA questionnaire and form medical opinions. QualificationsMust hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.Meets the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.Must hold a current, unrestricted NP or PA license (NCCPA accredited).Proficient computer skills.
