Director of Marketing - Electrical Construction - Houston, TX


As the Director of Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and shaping the future of the electrical construction business. You'll lead a dynamic team to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience of contractors, engineers, and facility managers.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand development and management, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools and resources they need to close deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing marketing team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, including lead generation and brand building.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
