System Administrator Ft. Belvoir, VA - Join our Talent Network Position: System Administrator Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA Job ID: C-CHR-24-036 Responsibilities: Resolve issues with hardware, operating systems, desktop applications, telephones, and network-attached printers. Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install software patches, and resolve software-related issues. Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity. Monitor servers, network services, and backup systems. Create and maintain documentation for user configurations and tasks. Manage Active Directory user accounts (creation, deletion, management). Install, manage, and upgrade antivirus software. Ensure security and update patches on Microsoft systems. Perform desktop and server imaging using Microsoft Windows imaging tools and WAIK. Maintain data backups. Configure and maintain WSUS for security and maintenance patches at remote locations. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience. Possess Baseline and Full Computing Environment Certifications for IAT-II as per DoD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002; Windows Server certification is required.
