We’re looking to expand our team with an SVP, Communications & Brand Reputation. Responsibilities The role serves on the Senior Leadership Team, leading priority corporate communications‑driven accounts and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is a communications leader, mentor, and project manager with multitasking, self‑motivation, and deadline work. The role focuses on driving earned media success and building corporate reputation. Be the “CEO” of brand reputation‑driven accounts Partner with agency leadership on vision and day‑to‑day execution of corporate communications across earned, executive, and social channels Lead the communications team’s approach for measurement and effectiveness, setting process, tools, and approach Develop communications strategies and activations to meet client business objectives Build and drive corporate communications strategies across the client roster, across channels Lead project plan and scope of work development for key corporate‑focused clients Lead PR narrative development and distribution strategies across priority projects, through the lens of executive voices Create cross‑channel strategic plans, decks, and presentations for agency and clients Further agency team’s perspective on the future of news and earned media Leverage media relationships to break through with news and ongoing brand narratives Proactively anticipate client needs and keep multiple activities moving Provide mentorship and leadership to agency and client teams Maintain current knowledge of trends, competitive landscape, and provide strategic point‑of‑views to clients Participate in new business pitch development and/or presentations Serve on the leadership team, drive office culture, and mentor staff Develop informed strategic recommendations based on best practices across each client’s category and competitive set Manage clients, teams, account budgets, and third‑party resources to drive client service Requirements 15+ years of experience Prior PR agency experience; integrated communications strategy; specialization in thought leadership; strong writing and narrative development skills; expertise in executive communications (owned and earned) Experience leading and mentoring diverse teams Strong media relations skills and contacts Experience collaborating, multitasking, and working efficiently with precise attention to detail Experience delivering impactful and compelling presentations Demonstrated passion for storytelling and excitement to collaborate in a fast‑paced team environment Self‑motivated, organized, reliable Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy building a team from the ground up, creating new systems, policies, and company culture Relentless curiosity; open to experimentation and pushing boundaries Proficiency in generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, DALL·E, or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to use AI in developing innovative advertising concepts, content creation, and campaign strategies Ability to travel periodically to meet with clients as needed, including occasional overnight trips Bachelor’s Degree Compensation + Benefits We value all employees and provide comprehensive benefits to support them holistically: Health Care (Medical, Dental, Vision) Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays Summer Fridays 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Lifestyle Spending Account Paid Parental Leave Commuter Benefits Company Credit Card Uber Business Account New Business Referral Bonus Employee Referral Bonus The base compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $220,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
