Clinton Savings Bank is seeking a highly qualified, experienced banking professional for the position of Branch Manager of our Bolton Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is committed to delivering excellent internal and external service.
Our Branch Manager will oversee the sales and service activities and increase market share through sales initiatives and business development while operating an efficient and profitable branch office. Responsible for managing the branch to ensure it also meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. In addition, implement a team approach to achieve branch goals and preserve and foster CSB's customer service philosophy and integrity. Participate in general management of the Retail Banking division as a member of the management team.

 Leads and directs all aspects of assigned branch sales and service to meet bank standards ensuring compliance with bank policy and applicable regulations in all activities.
 Develops a high performance sales and service team. Leads and directs all branch sales and service initiatives achieving service, deposit and loan growth goals through activities focused on relationship-building and selling the Bank’s products and services while meeting customer needs.
 Motivates and coaches branch team, providing adequate training on new products and promotions, to ensure they actively identify and capitalize on cross-sell and referral opportunities. Maximizes branch participation in all marketing promotions and campaigns.
 Establishes and cultivates existing customer relationships to encourage and enhance business. Builds relationships and solicits new business through a developed and consistent calling program conducting outside business development calls to source opportunities to cross-sell deposit and loan products. Analyzes results, documents and follow up. Forwards required internal documentation to meet stated deadlines.
 Leads and directs all aspects of branch operations and security. Monitors all branch activities, including training, to ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable Federal and State regulations. Ensures satisfactory branch audits. Accountable for risk management, including all aspects of branch security. Provides operational guidance to supervisory and other branch personnel.
 Assists customers with opening and closing accounts. Answers questions, promotes, sells and cross sells the full range of CSB products and services. Originates and closes consumer loans to provide "full service" to the customer. Maintains a cross-trained staff in the origination and closing of these loans.
 Negotiates and resolves difficult and complex product and service inquiries and problems. Consults with Branch Administration on issues that are beyond the authority of the position, presenting recommendations for resolution.
 Builds internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving, ownership and follow through. Represents the Branch, as appropriate, in its relationships with customers, vendors community organizations, other financial institutions, and similar groups.
 Coordinates the development of annual department goals, objectives and operating budgets and ensures that they are met. Maintains communications with Branch Administration; prepares and submits standard reports to meet deadlines; attends scheduled management meetings.
 Performs management functions including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, employee development and new hire selection; supervises the daily activities of the department including, but not limited to, effective delegation of assignments, developing work schedules and providing necessary training assuring a competent and motivated staff delivering optimum levels of customer service.

Job Requirements:
Candidates must have recent experience as a Retail Banking Branch Manager with a proven track record in outside calling business development, sales management, customer service delivery, staff development, and operational control. A Bachelor's degree and two + years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
