Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase client referrals for homecare services in the Lower Fairfield County area.Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, social workers, and community leaders.Conduct regular outreach visits and presentations to educate healthcare professionals and the public about R&S Homecare’s services.Collaborate with the office and care coordination team to ensure timely follow-up on referrals and excellent client onboarding.Participate in health fairs, senior events, and community activities to promote company visibility.Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, referral sources, and results through CRM or tracking reports.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as established by management.Provide feedback from the field to management regarding trends, competition, and client needs.Uphold the company’s mission to provide compassionate, reliable, and high-quality homecare services to clients and families.Company DescriptionAbout UsR&S Homecare Services LLC is a trusted homecare agency based in Norwalk, Connecticut, providing compassionate personal care, homemaker, and companion services that help seniors and adults maintain independence in the comfort of their homes.
