Leading Geriatric healthcare group needs a Geriatric Primary Care / Internal Medicine Physician MD / DO in Owensboro, Ky. $200k - $250k, doe Plus generous benefits package Work M-F. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Geriatric Primary Care / Internal Medicine Physician MD / DO
Provide high-quality cost-effective medical care to the geriatric population
Comply with medical records and risk assessment documentation policies/procedures, quality initiatives and electronic medical record usage.
Coordinate and cooperate as part of the patient care team with the center administration, peers, clinical and non-clinical staff
Maintain appropriate patient records & satisfaction standards.

Education & Experience: Geriatric Primary Care / Internal Medicine Physician MD / DO

Medical degree from an accredited school
Current valid state MD / DO medical license
Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify required
Current DPS and DEA certificates (or in progress)
1+ year experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or specialty certification as required by department.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities
