Senior Specialist - Global Talent Operations || Hiring Legal Professionals at Elevate We are seeking an experienced, talented, and energetic attorney at the Associate Counsel, Commercial level to support clients commercial transactions, focusing on procurement contracts, for a short-term engagement. The successful candidate will be an organized, entrepreneurial and resourceful self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multifaceted, dynamic environment that is passionate about closing the deal. Duration & Arrangement This is a full-time onsite contractor position for approximately 3 weeks (starting Dec 1 in SF), with potential for extension based on business needs and project scope. They only need to be onsite on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Key Responsibilities Act as the legal advisor for clients procurement teams in partnership with GSM, privacy and compliance Partner with and advise internal stakeholders on risk and other business matters related to contracts while establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders Ability to understand when and how to elevate open items during negotiation terms with leadership, partners and key stakeholders Manage and respond to a high volume of daily contract-related inquiries Experience Qualified attorney and Member of the state Bar where they are located (in good standing) 2+ years of experience working in a law firm and/or in-house legal department negotiating commercial contracts Experience working in the technology/software sector, including PaaS or SaaS contracts Excellent problem‑solving capabilities, judgment, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Strong track record of reviewing, negotiating and drafting a wide range of complex commercial agreements Proven ability to provide quick‑thinking, pragmatic, business‑oriented advice while properly balancing risks and business objectives Dedication to superior customer service Ability to think quickly on your feet, convey grace under pressure, and simultaneously manage workloads, multiple client demands, and shifting priorities Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive attitude to the workplace Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, rapidly‑evolving workplace Good sense of humor, disdain for drama, interested in learning new things, and desire to get things done To apply: If you are qualified, interested, and available, please send: your WORD version resume an email stating why you are a good fit for this position to Anant.raj@elevate.law ElevateFlex provides an unparalleled platform for you to work with innovative companies and law firms worldwide on various exciting and challenging roles.
