As a New Home Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in driving sales success and creating an exceptional homebuying experience. This role combines relationship-building, market knowledge, and sales strategy to support company goals and deliver excellent customer service. Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, and guiding buyers through the purchasing process Proactively seek out new clients by thinking creatively and using innovative lead generation strategies Accurately prepare and manage all contract documentation, including home purchase agreements and construction contracts, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies Provide outstanding customer service throughout the homebuying and construction process, ensuring expectations are met Stay informed about competitive offerings, community amenities, and market trends to effectively position Viera Builders homes Serve as the on-site salesperson for the model home, ensuring it is properly staffed, open on time, and well-maintained along with all spec homes Requirements: Active Florida Real Estate Licenses Required Bachelor's degree preferred, with a preference for degrees in Business Management or Organizational Leadership, or related fields 5+ years experience in Real Estate, preferably in new home sales Excellent communication (verbal and written) Ability to work weekends and holidays If you possess these qualifications and are ready to take the next step in your career with an organization that takes pride in its employees and the work that we do in the community, please apply confidently by sending a cover letter and resume including salary requirements.
