Senior Project Manager – Automation & Capital Equipment ProjectsLocation: Wilsonville, OR | OnsiteOur client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead high-value, complex automation projects from proposal through client acceptance. If you’re a results-driven leader with experience delivering capital equipment projects in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to join an innovative team driving the future of advanced manufacturing.In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, managing project scope, cost, and schedule. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and vendors to deliver fully integrated automation systems. You’ll also mentor project managers and help optimize execution practices across the business.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead full lifecycle execution of automation projectsManage client communications, scope changes, budgets, and riskCoordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliersContribute to proposal development and schedulingGuide internal teams using predictive and Agile methodsMentor PM team members and support functional integrationWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)10+ years in capital equipment or automation project managementStrong knowledge of PMBOK; PMP or CSM preferredExperience in equipment design, build, and installationFamiliarity with SolidWorks, PDM, and manufacturing processesExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsThis is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and customer success.
