Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an experienced Pharmacist at our Miami, FL location. You’ll report to the Pharmacist in Charge and will play a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and high‑quality pharmacy operations. Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, overseeing sterile and non‑sterile compounding, managing inventory, counseling patients, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting a culture of quality and care. What You’ll Do Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions Oversee and verify sterile and non‑sterile compounds prepared under USP , , and (preferred but not required) Provide patient counseling on medication use and safety Support daily pharmacy operations and technician workflow Ensure all compounded formulations meet quality, sterility, and accuracy standards Review prescriptions, perform clinical checks, and maintain compliant documentation Train and supervise pharmacy technicians in compounding procedures Maintain cleanroom and laboratory compliance, including logs, audits, and SOP adherence Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree Experience with sterile and/or non‑sterile compounding (preferred) Familiarity of USP Guidelines , , and Understanding of aseptic technique Detail‑oriented with strong quality, safety, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities to contribute to formulation innovation and clinical quality Modern, well‑equipped compounding facility Growth opportunities as our pharmacy expands Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
