This role includes participating in architecture and design sessions, interacting with Amdocs, architects, and technical product and solution managers to explore technology features, assess feasibility, and support estimation. Working closely with managed service vendors, the Software Engineer shares responsibility for developing and delivering subscription‑based and digital charge injection code, while automating continuous integration and delivery processes.Job ResponsibilitiesSupports engineering projects by developing software solutions; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations. Expected to supervise associate engineers on occasion.Understands system protocols, how systems operate and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits. Expected to independently develop a full software stack.Collaborates with technical teams and utilizes system expertise to deliver technical solutions.Continuously learns new technologies.Writes basic documentation on how technology works. Contributes clear documentation for new code and systems used.Documents systems designs, presentations, and business requirements for consumption at the engineer level.Interacts with system engineers to define system requirements and/or necessary requirements for automation.Presents new ideas which improve an existing system/process/service utilizing new frameworks.Expresses new perspectives based on independent study of the industry.Reviews current company processes to highlight questions that may drive process refinement.Education and Work ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Required)2‑4 years of technical engineering experience2‑4 years of experience with Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x and TAAP4.x (preferred)Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesCommunication (Required)Customer Service (Required)Analytics (Required)Technical Writing (Required)At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel | DOT Regulated | Safety SensitiveTravel Required: YesDOT Regulated Position: NoSafety Sensitive Position: NoPay Range | BonusBase Pay Range: $92,500 – $166,800. Corporate Bonus Target: 15 %.
