Find your place on our team and help us change the worldThe Senior Manager, HRBP SkyWater FL is the HRBP lead for SkyWater’s Florida Advanced Packaging business. In this important role, this person will have the opportunity to partner broadly across the organization working with all levels of the organization to enable business success. This role reports into the Director, HRBP for SkyWater MN, FL and Corporate Functions. This person will have a nice blend of strategic and hands-on engagement to make positive impact in our organization.Responsibilities :Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to enable the business strategy and positive business outcomes. Drive high-impact people data-driven people initiatives across all facets of HR, including consulting on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy HR programs and initiatives, representing SkyWater FL.Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including investigations, performance concerns, policy violations, and conflict resolution.Identify and address workforce and talent trends through data and business insight.Implement and guide performance management, succession planning, and employee development practices.Lead, coach, and develop SkyWater leaders.Support change management efforts and ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational strategies.Champion a positive, engaged and inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee relations, feedback recognition, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other applicable fieldA minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources or other applicable fields, with at least 3 years in a people leadership or senior HRBP roleSignificant experience in employee relations, investigations, and employment law applicationStrong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to lead through influence and build strong cross-functional relationships; ability to engage and build relationships with all levels of the organizationDeep knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and organizational development principlesStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategyU.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
