Physical Therapists (PT) will provide one on one therapeutic treatment and care to patients to promote their health and independence using a comprehensive and patient-specific care plan.

*Physical Therapist (PT) tasks will include, but are not limited to:*
* Evaluates and treats patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery in applicable setting.
* Establishes treatment plans and treats patients using a variety of methods, including exercise, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help them increase their mobility.
* Physical Therapist, PT develop and carry out an individualized treatment plan to help patients attain therapeutic goals that will allow patients to perform at maximum potential
* Track and document treatments, responses, and progress. Reevaluate, redefine therapeutic goals, and develop new treatment plans as necessary.
* Recommend and fit patients for assistive devices for self-care and ambulation if necessary.
* Provide training for patients, caregivers, families, as well as other health team personnel on using assistive modalities, and appropriate physical therapy procedures.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies, etc.

*Occupational Therapist (OT) tasks will include, but not limited to:*
* ·Plans and conducts individualized occupational therapy programs in applicable setting to help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities.
* Review authorized orders for therapy services, and perform and document initial evaluation to determine patients’ fine-motor deficits, sensory processing deficiencies, and cognitive perception deficits, and identify the therapeutic needs and goals specific to the patients to maintain, develop, and/or restore fine-motor function, sensory-processing abilities, and muscle strengthening.
* Perform clinical assessments to define functional impairment and developmental and/or restorative potential. Confer with patient, family, medical treatment team to determine maintenance, developmental, and restorative therapeutic goals.
* Track and document treatments, responses, and progress. Reevaluate, redefine therapeutic goals, and develop new treatment plans as necessary.
* Recommend assistive/adaptive equipment for patient to maximize independent ability to carry out daily functionality.
