This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week. Responsibilities Operate as a meticulous and technically skilled IAM Analyst within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. Design secure, scalable, and efficient access solutions that protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to translate business needs into technical requirements. Optimize identity lifecycle processes, develop and maintain process and procedure documentation, and support IAM tools and controls. Bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions while staying current with emerging trends in identity security. Support the ongoing transformation of Eagle Banks identity and access management program and improve user access governance and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience in application systems support or administration, business analysis or software implementation. 3 years acting as an IAM business analyst with strong focus on technical aspects of identity and access management. 3 years creating identity management process and procedure documentation. 3 years experience implementing identity lifecycle solutions, role-based access controls, performing access certifications. Familiarity with IAM process automation concepts; onboarding applications into cloud-based identity platforms; familiarity with APIs, backend databases, and directory services. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks: Sarbanes-Oxley, NIST. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to elicit, document and manage detailed business and technical requirements for complex IT requirements with moderate guidance. Experience supporting SSO and MFA implementations and privileged access management. Experience working with cloud-based IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra, on-premise Active Directory). Preferences Microsoft Azure Certification. Experience working with and supporting audits related to IAM. One of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, PMI-PMP, CISSP, or Certified Scrum Product Owner.
