Required Qualifications PharmD - Pharmacy or, Bachelor's Degree - Pharmacy. Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience. Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency. Compensation The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
