Position Project Director Location 700 5th Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98104 Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Company Elevance Health, Inc. Responsibilities Facilitate cross functional meetings to manage dependencies across multiple agile teams within the scaled Agile framework (5% of time). Track pending business issues/concerns as they relate to barriers to migration and facilitate collaboration with necessary key stakeholders and dependencies toward resolution (10%). Responsible for initial business/client engagement prior to requirement gathering for system migration and platform demonstrations (10%). Manage projects across business units, setting strategy and direction coaches and mentor project team members (20%). Determine project scope; develop resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans; develop training plans (15%). Define, recommend, and secure contractual agreements for services and products; develop service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms (10%). Address business stakeholders' pain points and consult on solutions & enhancements to existing system functionality (10%). Represent assigned businesses/clients in PI planning events to ensure critical features/stories are picked up and assigned to scrum teams for timely completion for upcoming releases (10%). Facilitate JAD sessions (grooming user stories and obtaining clarification from business/client) and collaborate with IT scrum teams to ensure accuracy and quality of implemented features/user stories (10%). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Nine (9) years of experience in related occupation(s). Eight (8) years of experience with system and user acceptance testing strategies for manual and automated testing. Eight (8) years of experience defining systems strategy and developing systems requirements or user stories. Eight (8) years of experience using project management tools including MS Project Plan or Smartsheet. Six (6) years of experience using Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence. Six (6) years of experience implementing Agile strategies. Alternate education: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
