Specific responsibilities vary by department: Kitchen Department Manager – ensure high‑quality food is delivered quickly, food is safe, food cost is controlled, and kitchen staff are trained on production procedures, including new menu items. People Department Manager – hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, onboard new hires, and motivate and recognize employees. Service Department Manager – guarantee a memorable customer experience, execute promotions effectively, train service staff, and maintain organized Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas.
