Field Service Technician

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for hands-on problem-solving? Patton's Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide top-notch service to our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing compressed air equipment. If you’re dedicated to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent downtime.
  • Customer Support: Offer expert advice to customers regarding equipment needs, maintenance schedules, and necessary repairs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all work performed, maintaining detailed records and submitting timely reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate exceptional customer service and respond promptly to service requests.
  • Flexibility: Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team and customers.


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 4 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
