Engineering Coordinator Join Actalent as Engineering Coordinator in our North America Supply Chain team. Drive innovation by linking sourcing and engineering for elevator components. Location: Bristol, CTEmployment Type: Full-Time (Contract) What You’ll Do Support sourcing projects: prepare and analyze RFQs/RFIs to ensure competitive, accurate supplier proposals. Coordinate technical requirements: gather drawings/specifications for RFQs and schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering. Manage first‑article inspections: submit requests through internal systems and follow up until completion. Maintain accuracy: update RFQ tracking systems and load supplier pricing into ERP systems. Ensure timely implementation: follow up with awarded suppliers and collaborate with other departments for cadence reporting. What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain. Experience: Minimum 3 years in engineering or supply chain roles within manufacturing. Proficiency in RFQ processes, ERP systems, and supply chain management. Ability to read engineering drawings and navigate drawing databases. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); MS Access experience is a plus. Familiarity with JDE applications and processes. Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
