It is certified kidSAFE+ COPPA compliant and built to support healthy, active play for all ages and abilities.Location: Remote (Hong Kong)Type: Part-Time, 6-month Contract (with the possibility for extension or conversion to full-time permanent)Working Hours: Around 10 hours/weekReports to: General CounselWhat You’ll DoContract management: Draft and review various agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service agreements and employment contracts.Document management: Organize and maintain legal and other documents and records.Liaison: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Legal research: Conduct legal research on various topics as needed.Administrative support: Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.What You Bring2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.Experience working cross-functionally and with external business partners.Strong communicator and collaborator.Self-motivated and able to work independently, both doing the right things and doing things right.Good and effective communication and interaction skills in English (written and verbal); fluency in other languages is a plus.Fluency in digital tools; fast learner of the company’s digital tools and embracer of new technologies and methods.BonusAbility to visit the San Jose office occasionally for physical records management.We OfferCompetitive compensation package.Flexible working hours and vacation policy.Product-driven culture that treasures talent and individual growth.Front-row seat and hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in the evolving gaming field.Nex is located in San Jose, California, USA and Hong Kong.
