As a Senior Embedded Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and validation of embedded software for medical devices. You will lead a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance and driving innovation throughout the product development lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure that clients' products meet regulatory requirements, are robust, and deliver exceptional performance and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in embedded software and firmware development, with a focus on medical devices or other regulated industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace).
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ for embedded systems.
  • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), device drivers, and hardware/software integration.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle processes, including Agile methodologies.
  • Prior experience leading teams and driving technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with regulatory standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304, FDA regulations) is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as required.
