Our Sip & Play Caf is looking for a versatile team lead to keep the food and drinks flowing while we keep a fun-filled playful environment for our guests of all ages. The individual should be adaptable, customer-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

We see a high number of tourists throughout the year and want our bar selection concept to feature local brews and spirits for guests to preview at Old Town while inviting them to visit and learn more at each featured location. Our food selection will be expanding a bit in 2024 with the introduction of local highlights as well as nationally recognized entertainment center food options. We want to give the guest that added special local flavor in all that we do.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic customer service & integrity

Ability to balance flux demands from super slow to super busy

Ability to work in a light/sound stimulating environment (arcade)

Ages 18+ for Shift Leaders.

Previous kitchen/serving or bartending experience

Ability to rotate between order taking, serving, bussing, dishwashing, cooking as needed in an open kitchen environment.

Age 18+ for Caf Lead, 21+ preferred as simple backup bartender duties with TIPs certificate.

Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are followed during food preparation.

Monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.

Hourly pay rate and responsibility are dependent upon experience. 25-30 hours per week primarily Wednesday-Sunday in the summer and for private events. Hours will be set based on applicant availability either primarily opening shift (starts at 11:30am most days, Saturday earlier) or closing shift (ends by 11pm).

Sunday: 12pm-8pm

CLOSED Monday & Tuesday except NSCD school breaks we are open 12pm-5pm + Memorial Day-Labor Day, no alcohol these days.

Thursday: 1:00pm-9:00pm

Friday: 12:00pm-9:00pm (12pm-10pm Memorial Day-Labor Day)

Saturday: 12:00pm-9:00pm (10am-10pm Memorial Day-Labor Day)

Team member shifts start 30-45 minutes before we open and end 30-60 minutes after we close depending on when all closing tasks are completed.

Since June 2021, we have been an independent, family-owned indoor and outdoor family entertainment center located in the southwest lot of the Best Western off of I-25 and Center St in Casper, WY.
