We are providing an opportunity for a HR generalist in the Manufacturing industry, based in the HORSHAM, Pennsylvania area. In this role, you will be providing support of the human resources department, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and assisting with recruitment processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the HRIS system to maintain data accuracy, including managing data reporting, payroll processing, timekeeping, and applying contract and work rules
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, conduct audits regularly, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Manage the benefits administration process, including coordinating open enrollment, acting as the main contact for employees regarding benefits, and reconciling invoices
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding tasks, such as posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, tracking applicants, and organizing interviews
  • Act as a liaison for employees concerning HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues, address and resolve conflicts and grievances professionally and timely
  • Aid in the performance management process, including the evaluation process, setting performance expectations, and the discipline process
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement through various initiatives
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and policies, and ensure accurate administration of leave benefits
  • Coordinate benefits with brokers and handle enrollment changes
  • Prepare letters for new personnel, conduct orientation for new team members, and lead onboarding tasks


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in Employee relations, benefits administration, FMLA
  • Prior experience with Paycom or related software; Microsoft Office proficiency
  • 3+ years' of HR experience within the manufacturing industry
