What You’ll Do as an Assistant Center Sales Manager As the Assistant Center Sales Manager, you’re the right hand to the Center Director and the go‑to leader when they’re away. You’ll lead from the front desk, coach your team, and keep everything running smoothly, beautifully, and profitably. In This Role, You Will Own the vibe at the front desk while ensuring every guest experience is polished, professional, and unforgettable Lead and motivate Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to meet and exceed service, retail, and Wax Pass goals Coach in real‑time and help your team grow their skills, close sales, and connect with confidence Assist with daily operations including scheduling, inventory, payroll support, and team check‑ins Step up as the acting leader when the Center Director is out, keeping the team aligned and on point Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution‑first mindset Keep the center spotless, stocked, and ready to wow guests Participate in training sessions, marketing efforts, and monthly team huddles Lead by example: you’re not just talking about goals, you’re hitting them too Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a leader with energy, empathy, and sales savvy; someone who’s ready to motivate a team, juggle a high‑energy environment, and grow into a future Center Director.
