If you’re looking for a rewarding career, apply with us today Laboratory Responsibilities Performs benchtop testing of large molecules using HPLC and UPLC assays Maintains laboratory supplies, media, and reagents inventory. Adheres to good documentation practices (GDP) for all paper and electronic documentation. Collects and processes all raw data about executed assays. Uses Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for sample management and documentation of test results. Performs peer review of procedural execution and processed data Works with data reviewers and authorizers to complete any needed corrections or retesting. Use of GDP to record activities in logbooks, laboratory notebooks, and electronic systems Laboratory safety and compliance walkthroughs with documentation of any observations Completion of all safety and procedural trainings and re‑training. Leadership Responsibilities Personnel management and development. Manages and coordinates the team's workload. Management of the cross‑training and the capacity of the team Monitors and reports all productivity and quality metrics. Proactive and effective communication with client and customer teams Completes routine laboratory safety walkthroughs and employee compliance checks. Participate in the hiring process and onboarding/training of new hires. Delivers training for new hires and other employees in the department. Participates in overtime and weekend scheduling as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or other science related degree concentration, or equivalent directly‑related experience 2 years of cGMP experience 2 years of leadership experience Experience using and troubleshooting HPLC/UPLC instrumentation. Experience with processing quantitative liquid chromatography data Experience using an electronic sample and data management system (LIMS) Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
