Senior Data Integration Analyst - Epic Bridges & Infor Cloverleaf Join our mission to enhance patient safety, data security, and operational efficiency through cutting‑edge healthcare integration solutions. As a senior member of our IT team, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and support of integration solutions that ensure seamless data interoperability across clinical and enterprise systems. This role combines technical leadership, independent judgment, and collaboration with clinical teams, IT staff, and external partners. What You’ll Do Lead Interface Development: Build and maintain healthcare interfaces using Epic Bridges and Infor Cloverleaf. Ensure Secure Data Exchange: Align with healthcare regulations and enterprise security policies. Optimize Performance: Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces, manage upgrades, and implement enhancements. Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior analysts and work closely with clinical and technical teams. Maintain Compliance: Develop documentation and uphold data governance standards. What We’re Looking For Education: Associate or Bachelor’s in IT, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare IT with hands‑on expertise in interface engine management. Technical Skills: Epic Bridges & Infor Cloverleaf, HL7, FHIR, JSON, X12, XML. Certifications: Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf Level 2. Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication abilities.
