Compensation + Benefits Salaried position with pay depending upon experience Health insurance coverage Life insurance policy Short-term & long-term disability insurance 8 paid holidays, 10 days vacation, and 1-week personal paid time off Retirement plan What Were Looking For The Digital Content Producer is a hybrid strategist/creator who thrives at the intersection of planning, producing, and measuring content across digital channels. Youll drive content strategy, social media planning, and email marketing execution for both client-facing and internal initiativeswhile keeping performance tied to business outcomes. This role is part strategist, part maker. You should feel comfortable pitching big ideas, managing content calendars, updating websites, and reporting back with insights. Youll work closely with account teams to understand client goals, and with creatives to bring content to life. Youll also support email marketing campaigns and other initiatives that will evolve our internal content engine. This is a fast-moving, high-variety role for someone who loves to collaborate but can also put their head down and produce. Youll report to our Group Account Director and work in lockstep with creative, digital, and accounts teams. Key Responsibilities This is a strategic content role that blends editorial instinct with channel fluency. You will shape how our agency and our clients show up, and how that presence turns into performance. Content Creation Develop and execute content strategies that support business objectives Create and manage content calendars for clients across social, email, and web Lead the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns Write or direct content for social posts, blog articles, emails, video scripts, and landing pages Report on content performance and provide insights tied to client KPIs Publish and manage content in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot) Collaborate with creative and digital teams to align content with brand and performance goals Repurpose existing content for different formats and platforms Internal Marketing Manage Snapshots internal content calendar across social, newsletter, and thought leadership Support podcast planning, scripting, booking, and distribution Help develop agency case studies, sales collateral, and marketing campaigns Ensure all internal content aligns with Snapshots brand, voice, and growth strategy What Success Looks Like Cohesive content plans that connect clearly to client business goals Creative execution that is timely, high-quality, and on-brand Consistent reporting and insights that help improve performance Strong cross-team collaboration and communication Tools and systems that support scalable content production Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in content production, editorial planning, or integrated marketing Proven success managing content across social, email, and web channels Strong copywriting and editing skills (portfolio required) Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress), email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp), and content analytics Experience working with creative and strategy teams in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment Excellent communicator who thrives in a cross-functional setting Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight timelines Demonstrate a deep understanding of TOFU (Top of Funnel), MOFU (Middle of Funnel), and BOFU (Bottom of Funnel) activities and can clearly articulate the purpose, value, and interplay of each stage across different marketing contexts Tools You Might Use Here WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS/email platforms Monday, or comparable PM tools ChatGPT and AI-assisted writing tools (we use them as accelerators, not shortcuts) Scrunch, Profound, or similar AEO/visibility platforms (training provided) What This Role is Not A siloed social media manager A junior copywriter taking orders A brand marketer disconnected from business results Apply If You love building content that connects strategy to outcomes You can move between planning and producing without getting lost You want to work with people who care about the work and the humans behind it You thrive in a growth-minded environment that values clarity, curiosity, and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
