* Coordinate with Guest Services Coordinator and other spa staff to ensure a seamless and coordinated guest experience.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about spa offerings.

*Sanitation and Safety:*
* Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper cleaning and sanitization of massage rooms and equipment.
* Follow spa policies and procedures related to health and safety.

*Compliance:*
* Adhere to all relevant regulations and polices related to spa operations.
* Maintain confidentiality regarding guests’ information and spa procedures.
* Participate in continued education in your field to remain current on your license.

*Required Qualifications*
* Valid Massage Therapy License/Certification in State/County
* Proficiency in massage modalities.
* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
* Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client needs.
* Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the varying schedules of airport travelers.
* Must be able lift/push/pull up to 35 pounds.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Two or more years of experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
* Valid certification in stretch therapy or related field a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced Environment.
