You will lead high-performing SOC and NOC teams, ensuring 24 / 7 coverage, operational readiness, and rapid, coordinated incident response. This role requires a proven leader with deep technical expertise, the ability to build cross-functional collaboration, and a relentless focus on operational excellence, security posture, and business continuity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a unified strategy that integrates infrastructure reliability, network operations, and security responseFoster strong cross-functional collaboration with Security, Engineering, IT, and Compliance teamsEstablish and maintain a culture of proactive operations, continuous improvement, and operational readinessLead the SOC to ensure 24 / 7 detection, triage, and rapid response to security threatsOversee the NOC to maintain constant visibility into infrastructure health, network availability, and performance metricsImplement unified incident response protocols and integrated playbooks for SOC and NOC operationsDrive capacity planning, performance optimization, and automation strategies across infrastructure and security operationsOversee vulnerability management and patch remediation from detection through resolutionManage technical aspects of audits, penetration testing, and business continuity planningDefine and monitorIs for reliability, security, cost efficiency, and incident resolutionLead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to ensure accountability and continuous learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
